  • All house cleaners are full-time Deisy employees & are insured and fully trained, and most importantly, local!

  • At Deisy we make it easy. Call or text us anytime with feedback or questions regarding your service! Your satisfaction is our top priority.

  • To ensure efficient cleaning, please pick up any toys or clothing before we arrive. We also ask that you crate or fence your pets so they’re comfortable while we clean. This ensures both your family and our team and all of your possessions are in a safe place.

  • No! We just need access to your home, usually a spare key or garage code.

  • Once you book with us we will give you a window or time of arrival (1-3 hours) which aligns with your schedule.

  • We treat every home with the utmost respect, but just in case something does get damaged during our service, we’ll do our best to repair or replace what’s damaged! Rest assured we are insured, so claims are available as well.

  • Our process ensures you always get the same consistent clean! If something is missed or not up to your standard we have a 24 hr warranty to ensure we get it right!

  • We typically don’t clean:

    -Dishes

    If there is something you want added, contact us and we’ll add it as an “extra”

  • No. Our team comes equipt with all the solutions and materials required for all surfaces. Please let us know if you have any allergies so we can accommodate you!

  • We always work around your schedule, so, please contact us 72 hours in advance so we can accommodate the change. No-calls incur a service fee.

  • If one of your scheduled cleanings falls on a holiday, we will reach out and ask if you’d like the service done before or after the holiday.

  • We make payment super easy through our jobber payment portal, upon signing up with us, you’ll choose your cleaning frequency and add a payment method, once the cleaning is done you’ll automatically be charged the agreed amount & sent an e-receipt.

  • Book your free in-home consultation here through our website & we’ll contact you within 24 hours to schedule your first cleaning. We’ll examine your home, and talk about budget, expectations, timelines, and preferences.

  • After every cleaning, we’ll leave a flyer on your door asking you to tell us how we did! Scan the included QR code & find our Google Business Profile. Please leave us your feedback about working with us! and don’t forget to share with friends and family!

  • Yes! We need to know your preferences in order to give you a superior clean. Whether that be allergies, furniture, or certain areas or rooms needing more attention than others, all feedback is welcomed & encouraged!

  • Your first cleaning will always be “more expensive” because we need to bring your space up to a certain standard of cleaning. This means every nook and cranny you’ve never touched! Once this is done, ongoing cleanings will be a “bassline” of cleaning from here to maintain that standard.

  • We are happy to provide weekly, bi-weekly & Monthly service options. We will go over scheduling & availability upon meeting you and rest assured you can change frequency at any time through the client portal or give us a call.

  • We usually send the same Deisy team members to each location, if a member of the team is absent, we’ll do our best to send a suitable replacement.

  • While tips aren’t expected, our team will happily accept them. Please also consider leaving a review through our Google Business Profile located on our review flyer that will be left at your property.

  • Absolutely. We are pet-friendly! If your pet is aggressive or doesn’t like to be around new people, we aks for the safety of all parties involved to crate or fence in your animal until our team finishes the appointment.
